Merry Merry Mojo Monday #428

We have two exciting cards for you this week using this design from Mojo Monday:

Karen is busy getting her holiday cards ready to mail but took time to create just one more before heading off to the post office. With her trusty scrap box, a fun embossing folder, and a tiny bling this is the clever card she created:

Robyn really got it right this week. A holiday card full of great style, paper, and clever embelishments.  This would be a great one to CASE.

Mojo Monday #427 For You

This week we have 3 great cards to share based on this design:

Sharon’s card is slightly askew from the design above, and based on a You Tube video from Connie Stewart at Simply Simple.  A fun and easy creation to CASE.

Paper:  Cherry Cobbler, Whisper White, and Mossy Meadow – Stampin’ Up

Die Cuts:  Celebrate – Poppy Stamps & scallop – Stampin’ Up

Punches:  1″ Square & 7/8″ Scalloped Circle – Stampin’ Up

Stamps:  Background Builders:  Vines Winter Additions – Uniko Studios,

Wishing You & Joyous Celebrations – Stampin’ Up

Karen’s card has a very creative take on this week’s challenge.  Using four squares as window panes is very clever, and using vellum makes the window look frosty.  The sweet wreath is simply a scalloped circle with its center removed.

Paper:  North Pole – Doodlebug, Curvy vellum paper

Die Cuts:  Grand Madison Window – Poppystamps Inc. & bow from Circles of Spring – Stampin’ Up

Punches:  large scalloped punch & small circle –Stampin’ Up

Embelishments:  Red Stickles for berries on wreath

Robyn’s card brings an end to this week’s parade of cards.  Her fun and bright card is a great interpretation of the challenge.  With great DSP, simple buttons, and a bit of glitter her card is so much fun.

Jolly Holly Christmas and Noel

We have only two cards this week from the Snipin’ Sisters because one of us sent her card off to a friend before snapping a picture.  There are plenty of good ideas to go around though with the two that did get their cards photographed. Here is the tall and skinny sketch we followed:

First up is Robyn’s card with great color and design.  The change of direction in her stripes is a clever way to create great interest in an easy way.

Stamp – Stampin’ Up’s  November 2015 Paper Pumpkin
