Masculine Cards

Monday we were challenged to create cards suitable for a guy.  Karen created a clever tie inspired idea she has used for a Father’s Day project from last year.   The black and grey papers are scraps and the “birthday” is a diecut from Papertrey Inks called Swooshes.

What a better way to say “guy card” than with stripes.  Sharon’s card is also created with scraps and she used the black and grey combination too.   A very simple and quick creation.  Her “happy birthday” is from PaperSmoochesSentiment Sampler.

If you’re in the search for a masculine card idea here is what our good friend Robyn suggested:  try picking any design you like and then use colors that look more masculine.  Good advice don’t you think?

We are happy you stopped by!
